Return Policy

  1. General Terms
    Customers have the right to return products within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returned items must be in the same condition as when delivered: unworn, unused, in the original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.

  2. Return Procedure
    To initiate a return, the customer must contact us by email at info@scent.eu. Upon receiving and approving the return request, we will provide a return label and instructions for shipping the products. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Products
    Customers must inspect received products immediately and notify us without delay if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered, so we can promptly resolve the issue.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., beauty products)

  • Items sold with a discount

  • Gift cards

  1. Exchanges
    To exchange a product, the customer must return the original item following the above procedure and separately purchase the new item.

  2. 14-Day Return Period for EU Consumers
    For products shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel the order and return products within 14 days from receipt without providing a reason. Returned items must be in original condition, unused, in original packaging, with all tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  3. Refunds
    Once returned items are received, the customer will be informed whether the refund is approved or denied. Upon approval, refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on the customer’s bank or card issuer.
